The following are recent examples of commercial transactions completed:
Commercial Bill Facilities
Completion of a comprehensive finance submission involving a national maintenance firm for a $3.5M facility. Key to its success was MCP’s quality of its finance submission that was able to identify the key risks and opportunities of the application. This was achieved despite a significant shortfall in tangible security.
Business Acquisition
A business acquisition involving a major printing business. The key outcome of MCP’s application was to structure funding using an efficient use of property security that drove a lower pricing and less overall security demands from the lender.
Challenging Business Purchase – Legal Support
We recently assisted a client finalise purchase of a business that had become a dispute. The business had in fact changed hands at the time the dispute arose. Notwithstanding our client's view he had honoured all terms of the agreement, the vendor disagreed with the calculation of the price, and locked our client out of the business premises, effectively preventing our client from running the business. We were able to negotiate a mutually agreed resolution, to enable the transaction to be finalised without reference to the Courts.
