• Simply we can assist where there has been no Will (called Letters of Administration)
• There can be a range of complications that will assist you within a timely, efficient and friendly manner;
• Basically, if you are named an Executor in a Will and where the Estate is more substantial or involves land, you have to apply for grant of Probate or representation in the Probate Office of the Supreme Court. Probate is an order from the Court stating that the deceased's Will has been proved valid with authority to administer the deceased's estate to you.
